- Dress has zipper in right side seam
- Square sailor collar has satin ribbon trim
- Red satin ribbon bow at front neckline
- Skirt has 2 functional pockets decorated with red ribbon bows and sequined anchors
- Skirt is edged with red mesh and has white ribbon stripes above hemline
- Sailor hat has elastic loops on lower edge to pin to hair or slide over a headband (pins and headband not included)
