The costume comes with a simple jumpsuit that fits with hook and loop fasteners in back. It features all-over print graphics that come in a pixelated style, just like in the video game. The molded plastic mask comes in a square shape and fits with an elastic band around the back of the head. The mask even comes with foam blocks to help adjust the fit.
