- One piece dress is styled to look like a jacket over ruffled blouse and gathered skirt
- Stretch velvet jacket portion has turned up cuffs w/ foam "buttons", attached satin belt w/ foam "buckle"
- Jacket has jersey knit jabot at neck and ruffles at sleeve cuffs to give the look of blouse peeking out
- Satin skirt has built in petticoat, jersey knit hem ruffle
- Foam backed satin hat has wire in brim edge, can be bent as desired
