- Jacket, jabot, and socks: 100% polyester, pants: 87% polyester, 13% spandex
- Sculpted velour jacket has hook and loop fastener strips at center front
- Jacket has jabot attached at front of collar, printed buttons on lapels
- Sleeves have cuff ruffles of same fabric as jabot
- Left sleeve has attached foam-backed hook that can fold to free the hand
- Velour pants have elastic at waist and at cuffs
- Hat is foam-backed sculpted velour with gold edging and upright felt "feather"
- Socks have elastic in upper edge
- Foam-backed booties have hook and loop fastener at heels, appliqued gold fabric "buckle" on top
