Sticking Together
The story of Hansel and Gretel is a little bit unbelievable. Who's ever heard of a brother and sister working so nicely together. Come on, a hike in the woods where the sister doesn't stalk away from her brother because he won't stop tickling her with a blade of grass? Get real. Then again, perhaps we're simply channeling our own issues. Perhaps we're not giving kids enough credit. If siblings are ever going to get along, it's going to be while snacking on a house made of candy. Or while working together to outthink the owner of the sugary hut. If you think sending your children into the woods to defeat a syrup-loving sorceress sounds like a good way to make them get along, then suiting them up as Hansel and Gretel is a wonderful first step!
Design & Details
Your kiddo will feel like she's stepped into a fairytale when she changes into this timeless look designed by our in-house creative team! The featured dress is one piece, zipping up the back for easy changing. The fit is fun, with a circle skirt that's perfect for twirling. A dirndl style bodice features ribbons along with the inner panel, printed flowers, and a blouse with puffed sleeves and ruching along the neckline. Complete with a matching apron and headscarf, this storybook look can be a dress-up staple for playtime, skits, and costume parties.
