How did those eggs get that name? Is there really such a thing as an evil egg? Well, here is the Deviled Egg creation story.
Once upon a time there was a man who had a wicked egg allergy. However, he loved eating eggs. His favorite thing to do with eggs was to hard boil them, cut 'em in half, then mix the yokes with yummy ingredients. But, he could never eat them without a tummy ache. So, he started calling his invention Deviled Eggs. Tasty and delicious, but evil on his stomach. He would even put little horns and tails on his eggs. Sometimes he would just make them to look at, and wish he could eat the beautiful eggs. Some people can never get tired of their favorite foods. Good thing the man could still go to Halloween parties dressed in his egg garb.
Even if you are allergic to eggs you can still enjoy wearing the Deviled Egg Costume. The 100 percent polyester costume is spiced up with some horns and a tail. The egg tunic is white and yellow polyfoam to look just like the mans favorite food. Deviled Eggs! Your funny costume will steal the show as you cheese it up. Team up with other foods like bananas, bacon, or maybe pancakes for the perfect breakfast pairing of costumes.
